Snow Crab Roll
I recently had the pleasure of trying the Happy Hour Snow Crab Roll, and it was absolutely delightful! The roll was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The snow crab was tender and succulent, perfectly complemented by the crisp vegetables and seasoned rice. The balance of flavors was impeccable, with just the right amount of tangy and savory notes. The portion size was generous, making it a fantastic deal for happy hour. I'll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend to any sushi lover

Yellowtail Roll
My husband and I have been multiple times, and everything is amazing! The food is beautiful and delicious, but the staff are a huge part of what keeps us coming back.

First time at Kumoya and loved it! From the beautiful design of the place, to the truly personalized service, to the excellent (and unique) food and cocktails, my entire party loved the experience. Favorites included the salmon tartare roll and their take on the traditional seaweed salad. The desserts are also not to be missed.

The service was outstanding! The food was so fresh and we really enjoyed our experience. The Ocha cocktail and Otoro nigiri are a must

We tried many different nigiri rolls and a few sushi rolls, all of which were incredible! A lot going on in the sushi rolls, but no flavor was overpowering and all the nigiri was drool worthy. Best sushi we've ever had - we will be coming back!!

We started with drinks; the endo (refreshing, smokey, light vegetable sweetness) and takai (light, refreshing, tangy). Staff was immediately knowledgable and accommodating about gluten intolerance and celiac. No soft shell crab or spicy tuna for celiacs, which was what I needed to know! We got the tsukemono "pickled veggies"; staff separated the daikon / carrot combo from the cucumber d/t soy sauce drenching of cucumber and all the veggies were exactly the cool, refreshing bites we needed. We next got the salmon tartare rolls and spicy scallop rolls and MAN. Those took the cake. The staff had to make the spicy scallop rolls GF by subbing tempura asparagus with regular asparagus --- our waitress knew to do that without me even requesting after I let her know about my celiac diagnosis. Easily best sushi I've ever had. We agreed that the spicy scallop / salmon tartare combo was top notch. And such incredible service made the experience delightful.
